  • Only one entry per member—no do-overs. Your first submission is final.  

  • Only entries with 10/10 correct answers will qualify. 

 

🏆 Fastest Fingers Win! 

  • Top 3 earliest perfect entries will be reviewed by MemCom and validated by AIC. 

  • Top 3 winners will receive ₱500 SM GC. 

  • 5 perfect scorers will be drawn in a raffle to win ₱300 SM GC each.

Name the ADBEMC Bulletin!

We’re launching a contest to name our official ADBEMC bulletin—and we want your creative ideas! 

This bulletin will regularly feature updates, member stories, milestones, and cooperative highlights. Help us give it a name that reflects our core values: Growth, Responsibility, Empowerment, Action, and Trust. 

 

📌 How to Join: 

  • Open to all ADBEMC members. 

  • Submit one unique and meaningful name via email to adbemc@adb.org 
    Subject line: Bulletin Naming Contest Entry – [Your Name] 

  • Only one entry per member will be accepted. 

  • In case of duplicate name submissions and the name is selected as the winner, the first member who submitted it will be declared the winner. 

 

🧠 Judging Criteria: 

  • Relevance to ADBEMC values – 30% 

  • Originality & creativity – 30% 

  • Clarity & impact – 20% 

  • Member appeal & memorability – 20% 

 

🎁 Prize: 
Winner gets ₱1,500 SM GC and will be featured in the next issue of the newly named bulletin!

ADBEMC Referral Rewards Program

We’re excited to launch the ADBEMC Referral Rewards Program, a new initiative that celebrates YOU for helping our cooperative family grow!

 

Here’s how it works:
✅ Refer a friend or colleague to join ADBEMC.
✅ Ensure that they become a successful referral by guiding them through the membership process or connecting them to our online booking consultation for a smooth onboarding.

 

What counts as a successful referral?
Your recruit must:

  • Attend PMES within a year of application

  • Pay the ₱100 membership fee

  • Subscribe to at least 50 shares and pay for at least one share upon approval

  • Maintain active membership for at least six (6) months

 

Your Reward:


For every successful referral, you’ll receive ₱200.00 credited directly to your ADBEMC Savings Account—plus recognition during our Anniversary Celebration and in the newsletter!

ADBEMC offers two types of membership:

  • Regular Members – Filipino staff of ADB with full voting rights and eligibility to hold elective positions

  • Associate Members – ADBEMC management staff who enjoy member benefits but do not vote or run for office

 

Member Rights include participating in meetings, voting on cooperative matters, seeking elective positions, and accessing cooperative records.


Member Responsibilities include attending assemblies, patronizing Coop services, paying share capital dues, and promoting cooperative values.

 

To update your records or access services, members may download and submit the following forms:

 

For new applicants, attending a Pre-Membership Education Seminar (PMES) is required before submitting application documents.
